The invoice contains all the necessary details for payment, including the reference number corresponding to your order number.
Payments can only be made via bank transfer, either through online mobile banking or payment at the bank or post office. When making the payment, please ensure to include the reference number to ensure your payment is properly recorded and we can process your order as quickly as possible. After payment confirmation, we begin processing and shipping the ordered products.
Refund Policy
If a refund is required, the process follows the applicable business rules and terms. A refund is possible in case of delivery errors, product damage during transport, or if we are unable to deliver the ordered goods for objective reasons.
To request a refund, you must contact us within 5 business days of receiving the goods and provide proof of payment, along with details of the reason for the refund. After reviewing your request, if approved, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made. The refund process may take up to 5 business days, depending on the bank through which the payment was made.
Please note that refunds are not available for products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or not returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the error is on our part.
