Data from inquiries and orders
You choose which data you submit. Mandatory fields serve to respond to the request or process the order. Forms, depending on the purpose, include name, contact phone and e-mail, company and address information, message and selected product. The order includes items, variants, codes, quantities, prices, discount and total amount without VAT.
Inquiries and orders are delivered to Luu through the website forms. A confirmation is sent to the client. The customer's data is used to respond to and process the inquiry or order. Sending an inquiry is not a subscription to the newsletter or consent to advertising.
Data storage and protection
Data required for inquiries and orders are processed on the server and in the official e-mail box. Technical records also serve to prevent unwanted messages and repeated sending. Access to private server configuration is restricted; passwords are not part of public pages.
We use the data to respond, prepare the offer, process the order and communicate in connection with that request. For privacy-related questions, please contact us through the contact form. Deletion may be limited by retention obligations that apply to the relevant documentation.
The Internet is not a completely secure environment. Do not send passwords, payment card details or other unnecessary confidential information through messages and chatbots.
Cookies and local storage
The basket is saved in the browser. Forms use session and technical data for security and to prevent duplicate submissions. Local storage is not the same as a cookie, but it also stores information on the device. You can clear your browser data through its settings. Deleting can remove the basket.
Google reCAPTCHA
Forms use Google reCAPTCHA v2 "I'm not a robot" to protect against abuse. When loading and checking, a connection to the Google service occurs. Google states that reCAPTCHA uses the _GRECAPTCHA cookie for risk assessment. They apply to that processingGoogle Privacy Policyandterms of use. This pattern protection is separate from analytical and marketing tracking.
Fonts
Pages load fonts from the Google Fonts service. During this connection, Google receives the technical data of the request, including the IP address. This link is separate from the inclusion of analytics and advertising.
Cookies
The website uses necessary cookies. It may also use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel to measure website traffic and advertising performance. On this page you can accept or reject these optional cookies. Rejecting them does not affect the basic functioning of the website.

Within the framework of the applicable regulations, you can request access to and a copy of the data, correction, amendment, deletion, restriction of processing and portability, as well as submit an objection.
