Agreement duration and dispenser ownership
The contractual commitment lasts 24 months. During the contractual obligation, the dispensers remain the property of Luu. Luu takes care of their correctness and maintenance, while the user is regularly supplied with the contracted products.
When the contractual commitment ends, ownership of the dispensers automatically passes to you. You can continue using them or exchange them for models from our current range by signing a new two-year agreement.
If the agreement is terminated early, the terms defined in the agreement apply.
Additional equipment with the complete package
Buckets and toilet brushes can be included for use with no upfront investment only as part of an approved complete package with dispensers and contracted regular purchase of appropriate consumables. They are not approved independently with no upfront investment.

1. Are the dispensers really free?Yes. There is no upfront investment in the equipment itself. We provide dispensers for your use under an agreement to purchase our certified consumables, including paper, soap and paper towels. Your spending therefore goes towards hygiene supplies rather than the dispensers.
2. Why is a contractual commitment required?Under this model, we provide reliable operation rather than simply selling equipment. The contractual commitment allows us to provide high-quality equipment with no upfront investment and ensures that the appropriate consumables are used to prevent jams and malfunctions.
3. Who is this model NOT suitable for?This model is not suitable for premises with very few users, such as offices with two or three employees. In these cases, monthly consumption is too low to justify the investment in premium equipment. We recommend purchasing a dispenser outright for such premises.
4. What happens if a dispenser breaks or stops working?We take care of it. Throughout the agreement, we service the dispensers and replace damaged units. We are responsible for keeping them in working order and maintaining them.
5. Can I use other paper or soap in your dispensers?No. Our dispensers are calibrated for a specific soap density and paper texture to prevent waste and malfunctions. Using unsuitable refills invalidates the warranty and compromises operation, falling short of the standard we aim to maintain at your premises.
