The Ministry compiles a list of bodies and publishes it publicly. It is available at vansudsko.mtt.gov.rs

Each party in the out-of-court settlement of a consumer dispute pays its own costs (representation costs, travel costs, etc.).

Based on the provision of Article 151, paragraph 3 of the Law on Consumer Protection ("Official Gazette of the RS", No. 88/2021 of 11/09/2021), consumers are informed that, in accordance with the provision of Article 151, Paragraph 2 of the Law on Consumer Protection ("Official Gazette of the RS", No. 88/2021 of 11/09/2021), the company is obliged to participate in the procedure out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.
