1. Where can I view the products in person?EverythingLUUdevices can be viewed in our showroom at Jablanička 184a, 11147 Belgrade.
Schedule a visit by calling XXX and our salespeople will guide you to their specifications and work.
2. How can I obtain the hygiene consumables needed to keep the dispensers working properly?CompanyLUUprovides complete equipment for all its devices:
paper towels of various materials;
toilet paper in several formats and in packages of different numerical conditions;
cartridges and classic refills of liquid soaps / foam soaps / disinfectants in packages of different volumes;
garbage cans and bags;
Toilet brushes;
air freshener refills;
spare keys for dispensers, etc.
3. How can I order dispensers?You can place an order in several ways:
by entering the page of the desired product and clicking on the BUY button, after which the product will be placed in the basket;
by filling out the order form, entering the codes and names of the selected products;
by sending an email with codes and product names to the address XXX;
by calling the number XXX every working day, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
4. How are products delivered within Serbia?Upon receiving the order and after recording the payment in full, the products are sent to the courier service, which delivers them to the customer's address.
Payment by cash on delivery at the customer's address is not possible.
5. How long does delivery to the customer's address take?Delivery within the Republic of Serbia takes up to 3 working days, starting on the first working day after payment of the invoice.
During public holidays and other non-working days, products are not delivered.
In the event that a product is currently out of stock, we will provide it for the customer as soon as possible.
6. What is the country of origin of LUU products?EveryoneLUUthe devices are designed by Italian designers and engineers, and completely made in Italy, from first-class quality materials.
7. How effective and safe are hand hygiene dispensers?LUUproducts are made in accordance with European regulations on hygiene and safety, so their users are protected to the highest degree.
