According to the Consumer Protection Act (“Official Gazette of RS” No. 62/2014, 6/2016 – amended law, and 44/2018 – amended law), purchasing through our online store https://luu.com/ is considered a distance sale.
All products sold via the website https://luu.com/ possess the necessary characteristics for regular use of that type of product in accordance with its intended purpose as defined in the Declaration of each individual product and in compliance with all relevant laws of the Republic of Serbia.
Conformity of the products with the contract is determined solely based on the characteristics and purpose of the product as defined in the accompanying declaration for each individual product.
The selling price of the products is indicated next to each item as prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
All products that have special properties or defects, as well as those on special discounts or promotions, will be clearly marked with the price of each individual product as prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. The duration of promotional and/or discounted periods will be appropriately indicated.
Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only, and they may not always match the actual products in all details. Given the possibility of individual monitor or mobile device settings, we cannot guarantee that the colors of our products will exactly match how users (consumers) see them on their screens. Please note that in such cases, the complaint is not justified.

All your purchases on the Luu website can be paid in the following ways: – When ordering products, we will send you an invoice, which you can pay via a payment slip or online through a mobile app.

Products delivered to countries outside the Republic of Serbia will be invoiced with transport costs, if applicable. Please note that depending on the purchase amount and local regulations, you may be required to pay customs duties and value-added tax on the purchased products, as well as any additional related costs (customs documentation preparation, etc.), in accordance with local regulations.
If, after receiving the product, you decide you do not want to keep it, you have the right to cancel within 5 working days. In case of cancellation, you are entitled to a refund in accordance with the refund procedure, which you can review on the Refund page. Please note that if you have purchased a product to be delivered outside the Republic of Serbia, additional costs such as transport, customs duties, taxes, bank fees, etc., are not refundable in case of cancellation/return.
If, after receiving the ordered products, you wish to exchange an item for another product (which may be larger, smaller, or of the same price category as the previously ordered item), you can exchange it within 5 working days, as defined in the procedure.

The resolution process follows the provisions of the aforementioned law, as well as the provisions of the Trade Act (“Official Gazette of RS” No. 53/10, 10/2013).
